Giulia has more than 11 years’ experience in managing projects between pre-clinical and clinical research in both academic institutions and industry.
She previously worked as clinical trial associate for an international contract research organisation, hosted by one of the biggest companies in the field of transcatheter hearth valves in Switzerland.
She obtained her BSc in Molecular Biology from the University of Pisa and her PhD in Neuroscience from the Superior School for Advanced Studies (SISSA) of Trieste. She pursued postdoctoral research in Multiple Sclerosis at the Brain and Spinal Cord institute of Paris and has published articles in peer reviewed journals.
Giulia acquired competencies in clinical trial management from the University of Geneva in 2014 and has been actively working in clinical research projects since then.
