Prior to joining the Wyss Center she was International Legal Counsel at the Société Générale de Surveillance in Geneva. She also previously worked at Merck Serono International where she was Legal Counsel for Research and Development.
Isabel’s other professional experience includes providing pro bono legal advice to non-profit organizations (including the SIMN, an international federation of NGOs established in New York, Geneva and Brussels, that advocates for a just and ethical approach to international migration governance).
She holds a diploma in European Studies from the European Institute of the University of Geneva, and a Masters in Law (LLM) in European Law from the University of Amiens (France). Her Law and Economy Degree and Masters in Law (LLM) were attained from the University of Deusto (Bilbao, Spain).
