Emna Khediri
Emna is interested in neurosciences and wants to ensure the protection of the legal interests and intellectual property rights of the Wyss Center.

Emna Khediri joined the Wyss Center in January 2020 as a Junior Lawyer, then continued as Lega Counsel. She supports the Legal Department, especially on intellectual property matters.

Before joining the Wyss Center, Emna worked for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Prior to that she spent three years at an international law firm in Geneva specialized in business law and intellectual property where she drafted contracts and agreements for entrepreneurs, startups but also mid-sized and large companies.

She gained experience in the Office of the Ombudsperson in an international organization, where she developed skills in Alternative Disputes Resolution. She previously worked for two years in the Office of the Prosecutor, where she drafted final indictments, and specialized in financial criminal cases.

Thanks to her background and her open-mindedness, Emna easily interacts with colleagues from different cultures and professional fields.

She holds two Masters degrees in Business Law from the University Grenoble Alpes (France) and Savoie Mont-Blanc (Chambéry, France), and she recently obtained a Certificate of Intellectual Property delivered by the WIPO Academy.
